Sieve trays

Sieve trays are the most widely used mass transfrer devices due to their simplicity, versatility, capacity and cost effectiveness. T.C.I uses the latest sieve technology in accordance with industry practice and FRI tests. Our designs utilize conventional features such as sweptback weirs, multi-pass downcomers, and dual flow arrangements.

Bubble-Cap trays have numerous applications in refinery and gas plants, due to their effectiveness over a broad range of flow conditions and low susceptibility to fouling. T.C.I provides both standard and custom designs.  We can supply not only standard materials such as 410, 304, and 316 Stainless steels, but also provide special materials such as Monel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy in a variety of cap styles.

is a perforated tray with typically 8% to 15% open area, normally using 12.7mm-diameter holes.

Chimney Tray
has risers and hats for vapor flow while collecting liquid for drawoff.

Bubble Cap Tray

Post-supported Tray
is used in small diameter towers typically less than 760 mm ?where trays are assembled one at a time over posts, or in cartridge bundles.
