The packing is made of ceramic fibers and reinforced by fiberglass or inconel wire. It has good flexibility, low coefficient of friction and elasticity. It is suitable for hatches of boilers where high temperature and high pressure resistance is required. It can be used to seal oils, solvents and all chemicals except acid and alkali.
