Cam profile Gaskets

Cam profile gaskets are made Regarding AINSI-Flanges Class 150 up to Class 2500 for DIN-Flanges PN 10 up to PN 400 according our specifications.

Cam Profile Gaskets with pure graphite and revolved centering according to DIN 2697 Form A and Form B. Can be delivered for nut- and spring applications as well.  

Materials for Cam Profile Gaskets including:
1.4541, 1.4571, 1.7335, Soft Iron; other materials on request. Coating of gaskets: pure Graphite, PTFE or Aramid.

Based on reasons regarding corrosion we prefer to deliver pure graphite coatings having a thickness of 0,5 mm per surface. Therefore the thickness of gaskets within the state of delivery is 4+1=5 mm. Applying an optimal state of moldability within the state of installation an excess length of roundabout 0,15 mm of graphite will remain over the cams. This causes protection damage of the flange surfaces based on highest denseness.

 

Limits of application for cam profile gaskets:
t_max = - 20°C u 550°C; pH = 0 - 14

p up to 400 bar (> 400 bar on request)
