PVDF INTALOX SNOWFLAKE RANDOM PACKING
PVDF INTALOX SNOWFLAKE RANDOM PACKING
is usually made from polyethylene plastic ring (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF) etc.
PVDF is a specialty plastic material in the fluoropolymer family; PVDF intalox snowflake random packing is used generally in applications requiring the highest purity, strength, and resistance to solvents, acids, bases and heat and low smoke generation during a fire event. Compared to other fluoropolymers, PVDF intalox snowflake random packing has an easier melt process because of its relatively low melting point of around 177 °C.
PVDF Intalox Snowflake random packing has the following advantages:
1) light weight;
2) good toughness,
3)impact resistance,
4)non-friable,
5)large flux
6) lower pressure drop
PVDF Intalox Snowflake random packing is widely used in absorption, desorption, extraction, dust and other devices. Also Widely used in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas and environmental protection industries in the packed tower.

PVDF intalox snowflake random packing is a kind of High Performance Random Plastic Packing.
Large variation in liquid flow rates.
Reduced Energy Consumption: Low pressure drops facilitate smaller fans and lower power consumption.
Exceptional Chemical Resistance: Moulded in virgin polypropylene and HDPE material. Also available in other engineering thermoplastics for critical applications.
Outstanding Strength & Durability: Thanks to it's distinctive structure is extraordinarily robust exhibiting unbeatable qualities of stability and resilience. |
