Structure tower packing 125Y

Structure packing can consists of metal structure packing、ceramic sctructure packing and plastic structure packing accoding to material.
Metal structrue packing

     Metal structure packing is made of carbon steel、alumina alloy and stainless steel. It features thin-walled、large void fraction、small resistance and good seperation performance. Due to those features, it is very suitable for vacuum distillation tower to treat thermal-sensitive、seperatable and easy carbonized material.

Metal structure packing consists of orifice corrugated packing、gauze packing、mellapack packing、picercing hole mellapale、sulzer packing and annular gauze.

Ceramic structure packing

  Ceramic gauze packing is a new structure packing, consisting many identical geometry units.Due to special structure and good hyfrophilic, on its surface can be formed burbulent motion of a very thin liquid and slope zigzag channel of gas stream, which can promote the gas stream but not block. Thus, the ceramic packing can be equil to ceramic at that point but have much better corrosion and high temperature resistance than metal packing. High humidity on the surface speeds up the liquid and and reduce viscous gluid to the lowest point to decrease overheating、polymerizing and coking
