Tower packings of plastic
     Plastic tower packings are made from polyethylene(PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene(RPP), polyvinyl chloride(PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride(CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). They have good corrosion-resistant performance, large void space and capacity, low pressure drop, energy saving ,low operation cost and so on.The operating temperature in media ranges from 60 ~ 150°C.It is widely used in the packing towers of petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc.

Structured Packings Of Plastic
     Plastic structured packings have advantages such as light weight,large capacity, low pressure drop, large specific surface, easily exchanging. It is suitable for the great volume tower and widely uses in the hydrochloric acid industry, the sulfuric acid industry, the natural gas profession, the environmental protection waste gas cleaning treatment and etc. There are plastic plate corrugated packing ,plastic gauze corrugated packing.

     The plastic corrugated plate packing is made of reinforced polypropylene(RPP) plate, with good characteristic of anti-corrosive strong, the stack density, small apparent density , suitably for strong acids and high corrosive system.
