Plastic Super Intalox Saddles ( also named Plastic Super Saddles ) are improved from the Plastic Saddle. TCI Plastic Super Intalox Saddle has the characteristics of low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficient.super saddles’ unique scalloped edge is the key to the products’ high performance, it provides more interstitial transfering points per unit of volume than plastic super saddle , TCI Plastic Super Saddles also have relatively high liquid hold-up and allow good absorption efficiency with slow chemical reaction. As for Super Intalox Saddles’s scalloped edge shape , it can immobilise the packing at the bed, and make lower column pressure drop.
